Because it’s The O.C., bitch! The home belonging to the Cohen family from the Fox television drama series, The O.C., is on sale for $6.25 million, Trulia revealed on Wednesday, Aug. 26.

While it may seem like Seth Cohen (Adam Brody) will saunter out of the home at any given second, the similarities between the actual property and fictional home of the Cohens are few.

The 6,376-square-foot mansion is actually located in Malibu, Calif., which is miles and miles away from Newport Beach. The property includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a chef’s kitchen, perfect for Chinese on Chrismukkah. The home also features a library, sunroom, home office, formal dining area, and, of course, a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the water.

The Italian villa is situated on four plush acres of parkland, which means the Coopers clearly do not live next door. Also, though the home features a pool, it’s not an infinity pool like the one on the show. The property also lacks a pool house, which was pivotal to The O.C.‘s plotline. There is, however, a spa and an outdoor fireplace in the backyard.

The home was built in 2002, a year before the smash series starring Mischa Barton, Adam Brody, Rachel Bilson, and Ryan McKenzie premiered. For those wanting to ward off crazed O.C. fans, the property is gated and protected by six security cameras.
